The "staff" were all students from a variety of overseas countries, some struggling with the English language as well as trying to learn the required skills. Yet they did an excellent job of coping with the demands of a variety of customers, and deserved our thanks for a job well done, so President Keith Roffey led the room in a vote of thanks. The chefs, who set the delicious menu and cooked the food so superbly, were also brought out after this photo and applauded.
