Thibaud's Presentation

Thibaud gave a presentation on his country of Belgium, in which he noted that:
- Belgium is a country of almost 10 million people.
- It is a tri-lingual country, with Flemish, German, and French all as official languages.
- The nation is a monarchy, with King Albert II as the king.
- The biggest city is Brussels (954,460).
- The monetary unit is the Euro since 1st January 2002.
- The national day is the 21st of July.
- Belgium is a big producer of beer, chocolate, mussels, waffles, and Belgian (not French) fries.
- Belgium has 60 kilometres of coastline.
- A traditional house in Brussels has four levels, and a garden
- The nation is 75% catholic.
- Thibaud's father is an occupational therapist, and his mother a psychiatrist.
- Thibaud usually goes to the Sacre Coeur school in Brussels.
- Every year, Thibaud goes to France to ski.
- Thibaud is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Bruxelles-Atomium in District 2170.
