The train

After last year's fiasco with the train, there was a certain tension in the simple act of waiting for the train. Kaye Townsend (left), Joan Wells (centre), and President Barry Thompson were left contemplating the cost of eye-checks when the station voice-over insisted that the train on platform 2 was going to East Hills. There was, of course, no train, but even the monitor backed up the voice-over.
