Australia Day
The Padstow Rotary barbecue tent at the City of Bankstown Australia Day celebrations. We sold out of everything, even buying and borrowing from other stalls to try to carry on as long as possible. The crowds were huge, hungry, and thirsty, and the workers had to be nimble to keep up. (There are, however, easier ways to move a trailer Veronica.)
